2026 Sourwood. Light amber, raw and unfiltered from the Appalachian Mountains of Sugar Grove, NC. This honey variety is from bees we relocated to the NC mountains to collect the nectar from Sourwood trees. Sourwood honey embodies sweet notes of caramel and anise with a slight astringent throat feel. The honey is extracted by hand, strained to remove wax and hive debris and then bottled in glass jars. Available in 1lb (16oz) and 0.5lb (8oz)
