2025 Sourwood small batch harvest. Light amber, raw and unfiltered from the Appalachian Mountains of Sugar Grove, NC. This small batch is from bees we relocated to the NC mountains to collect the nectar from Sourwood trees. The honey is hand harvested using a honey extractor and then bottled in glass jars. Available in 1lb (16oz) and 0.5lb (8oz)
