Extremist Carolina Reaper HOT Honey-Raw and Unfiltered 100% Pure
Dedicated to all the extremist pepper lovers, we have taken some of our 2024 honey and infused it with the spicy Carolina Reaper. Honey is a medium amber, raw and unfiltered from our Orange County, NC apiary. The Carolina Reapers were organically grown in our garden located adjacent to our bees.

Something to Shiitake Bout!-Shiitake Mushroom Spice Blend-4 oz.
Shiitake Mushroom Spice Blend 4oz. This is a wonderful blend to add a savory, umami flavor to any dish. It is ideal to add to eggs, potatoes, rice and in making homemade broth.
Ingredients:
Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Sea Salt, Red Pepper, Organic Garlic
Our shiitakes are organically grown in NC on Oak logs. No pesticides, herbicides ever used. The logs are hand plugged with a variety of shiitake spores from Field & Forest Products. Once harvested, they are dehydrated and blended into this amazing spice.
Also available in limited supply we have Chicken or the Woods and Lion’s Mane spice. These are wild foraged so there is a limited supply.

Chicken of the Woods Mushroom Spice Blend 4oz. This is a wonderful blend to add a “chicken” umami flavor to any dish. It is wonderful to add to eggs, potatoes, rice and in making homemade broth.

These mushrooms were wild harvested in the forest of NC. Once harvested, they are cleaned, dehydrated and blended into this amazing spice.
Also available in limited supply we have Lion’s Mane spice. These are wild foraged so there is a limited supply.
