Shiitake Mushroom Spice Blend 4oz. This is a wonderful blend to add a savory, umami flavor to any dish. It is ideal to add to eggs, potatoes, rice and in making homemade broth.
Ingredients:
Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Sea Salt, Red Pepper, Organic Garlic
Our shiitakes are organically grown in NC on Oak logs. No pesticides, herbicides ever used. The logs are hand plugged with a variety of shiitake spores from Field & Forest Products. Once harvested, they are dehydrated and blended into this amazing spice.
Also available in limited supply we have Chicken or the Woods and Lion’s Mane spice. These are wild foraged so there is a limited supply.

Dried Chicken of the Woods Mushrooms, Sea Salt, Red Pepper, Organic Garlic
These mushrooms were wild harvested in the forest of NC. Once harvested, they are cleaned, dehydrated and blended into this amazing spice.
Also available in limited supply we have Lion’s Mane spice. These are wild foraged so there is a limited supply.

Mountain Honey-WNC Dedication Candle
We have partnered with a locally owned candle company in Western North Carolina to offer their beautiful honey scented dedication candle. Blowing Rock Creations, based in Sugar Grove, NC uses soy wax, phthalate, paraben and toxin- free fragrances, and lead free cotton wicks in their hand poured candles.
The Mountain Honey candle is dedicated to all those affected by Hurricane Helene and the lives that were tragically lost and the families of those who are still missing. Many prayers for healing, recovery, and the helping hands that bring us together to make us Mountain Strong.
There is light in the darkness & hope in our future.
