100% raw and unfiltered honey from Orange County, NC. Our bees wild forage along the forests and banks of the Eno River located between Hillsborough and Durham lines. The honey is hand harvested using a honey extractor and then bottled in glass jars. Available in 8 oz or 16 oz. Contact us about brining your own bottle for filling up! |

100% raw and unfiltered honey with a block of uncapped honeycomb from the Appalachian Mountains of Sugar Grove, NC. This honey is light in color with Sourwood taste. We relocated several hives to the NC mountains to forage on the summer blooms. They were left to forage for several weeks and then relocated back to Orange County for extracting the honey. Something to Shiitake Bout!-Shiitake Mushroom Spice Blend-4 oz.
Shiitake Mushroom Spice Blend 4oz. This is a wonderful blend to add a savory, umami flavor to any dish. It is ideal to add to eggs, potatoes, rice and in making homemade broth.
Ingredients:
Dried Shiitake Mushrooms, Sea Salt, Red Pepper, Organic Garlic
Our shiitakes are organically grown in NC on Oak logs. No pesticides, herbicides ever used. The logs are hand plugged with a variety of shiitake spores from Field & Forest Products. Once harvested, they are dehydrated and blended into this amazing spice.
Also available in limited supply we have Chicken or the Woods and Lion’s Mane spice. These are wild foraged so there is a limited supply.

These mushrooms were wild harvested in the forest of NC. Once harvested, they are cleaned, dehydrated and blended into this amazing spice.
