100% raw and unfiltered honey with a block of uncapped honeycomb from the Appalachian Mountains of Sugar Grove, NC. This honey is light in color with Sourwood taste. We relocated several hives to the NC mountains to forage on the summer blooms. They were left to forage for several weeks and then relocated back to Orange County for extracting the honey.
